OPEN PLAY

What if I arrive late for Open Play? Do I still get two hours?
Open Play sessions must take place within our scheduled Open Play hours. For example, if Open Play ends at 12:00 PM and you arrive at 10:45 AM, you may play until 12:00 PM. Arriving late does not extend the Open Play closing time, so we recommend arriving early enough to enjoy your full session.

How long is an Open Play session?
Each Open Play admission includes up to 2 hours of play during our scheduled Open Play hours.

Do I have to arrive at the exact time shown when booking?
No. Your booking time helps us manage attendance, but you may arrive later. Just remember that all guests must leave when Open Play ends for the day.

Are toddlers with an older sibling free?
Yes! Toddlers accompanying a paid sibling are admitted free. This is intended for families bringing younger toddler siblings along with a paid child.

If I bring one paid child and two toddlers, are both toddlers free?

Do adults have to pay for Open Play?

everyone entering the play area, including adults and children. Socks are available for purchase if you forget to bring a pair.

Can I bring additional food to my child's party?
To help us keep Petite Playhouse clean, safe, and stress-free for everyone, outside food is not permitted. Your party package includes

Can I arrive early to decorate?
Please do not arrive significantly before your scheduled party time unless arrangements have been made in advance. We schedule time between parties for cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing the playhouse for your celebration.

What happens if I'm late for my party?
Your party will still end at the originally scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend parties due to late arrival because we need adequate time to clean and prepare for the next reservation.

Can I add more children to my party?
Our parties have a maximum child capacity based on the size and occupancy of Petite Playhouse. Please contact us before your party if your guest count changes so we can make sure you remain within our capacity.
